4. Shipping and Delivery

8. Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your HomeSenseGH purchase. This policy outlines our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges. All returns must comply with these terms.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Eligible Items: Most products qualify, except:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., plants or fresh decor).
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items damaged by misuse or improper installation.
- Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free return and full refund/replacement.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Email sales@homesensegh.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Include photos if applicable.
- Return Label: We will provide a return shipping label (you may need to cover initial shipping costs for non-defective returns; refunds include return shipping for defects).
- Ship Back: Return the item within 7 days of approval to: 82 Boundary Road, East Legon, Accra, Ghana. Use tracked shipping.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we inspect the item (typically 3-5 business days). Approved returns are processed within 5 business days.
Refunds
- Refund Amount: Full refund (including original shipping) for eligible returns, minus return shipping if applicable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: For size/color swaps, follow the return process; we’ll ship the replacement once the return is received.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping fees for non-defective returns, restocking fees (up to 10% for opened items), or returns not meeting criteria.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipping by emailing us. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
